"Munna Bhai MBBS" is an Indian comedy-drama film released in 2003. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the movie stars Sanjay Dutt in the lead role as Munna Bhai, a local goon with a kind heart. The film follows Munna's transformation from a gangster to a compassionate doctor.

Despite this setback, Munna's sincerity and genuine concern for patients impress the college dean, Dr. Asthana (played by Boman Irani).
Dr. Asthana challenges Munna to prove his worth by treating patients at the hospital for a month. Munna takes up the challenge and, with his unconventional methods and compassionate approach, wins the hearts of both patients and staff. His actions inspire others to reflect on their own practices and strive for a more empathetic healthcare system.
Throughout the film, Munna's relationship with Dr. Suman develops, and she becomes aware of his true identity. Eventually, she supports Munna in his quest to become a doctor and helps him expose the corruption and malpractices prevalent in the medical field.
